BLACKER Congratulations to Whoopi Goldberg and Sherri Shepherd will join the panel. The Los Angeles Times reports that Whoopi, who had been tipped for months to fill a "View" seat, will join the show's new season. Im not surpised by the announcement Sherri and Whoopi have been filling in for awhile now and they seem to be doing well. Im glad they decided to go with two color faces, of course no offical word has been made. Regardless congrats ladies but you still arent Rosie.
